ST3 steel rollers regeneration consists in cleaning the core by removing old coatings, grinding the core, applying a copper coating, grinding the copper coating, applying a chrome coating, grinding and polishing.

In the case of steel 1.4301, we omit copper plating.

The 0.2 mm chrome surface remains 0.1 mm after grinding.

We make new rolls and regenerate the performance rollers:

• Roller diameter from 25 to 400 mm

• roller length from 300 to 3000 mm
